Our goal at Freedom Frames LLC is to ensure that each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for whatever reason you are not, we want to make it right! Please contact us so we can help resolve whatever concerns you might have. If you do have to return your product, we will be happy to make arrangements.

Please keep the following in mind when making a return:

1. Returns are accepted within 10 days of you receiving your purchase.
2. You will need to contact us to obtain authorization to return any product. If your return is approved, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Write the RMA number given to you on the invoice that was shipped with your items.
4. Ship the product back in its original box, including all packing material.
5. Include original invoice and RMA number.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Send pre-authorized (must have valid RMA number) returns to: Freedom Frames LLC, PO Box 73, Gordonsville, VA 22942

All returned items must be in new condition, shipped in their original box, and must include all packing material, instructions, and invoice. Freedom Frames LLC is not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from time of issue. Freedom Frames LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made back to the credit card of purchase and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 business days of the refund.

We have many of our Freedom Frames in stock. If your ordered product is in our inventory, your product will ship in 7-10 business days. Because of demand, we may have to build your product at the time you place your order. If this is the case, your product will ship in 15-20 business days. We ship all orders by UPS Ground which takes 3-5 business days for delivery to most U.S. addresses. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

By purchasing any Freedom Frame product, you acknowledge and accept that all products produced by Freedom Frames LLC are for STORAGE of home defense items ONLY. You acknowledge and accept that Freedom Frame products provides absolutely NO firearm security. You acknowledge and accept that Freedom Frame products are non-lockable, simple storage for home defense items.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEDOM FRAMES LLC OR FREEDOMFRAMES.COM, IT’S MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR PARTNERS HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU THE BUYER/USER OR TO ANYONE IN YOUR DWELLING/LOCATION WHERE FREEDOM FRAME PRODUCTS ARE DISPLAYED OR USED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

DAMAGE OR LOSS OF HOME, PERSONAL PROPERTY, LIFE, LIMB, OR ABLITY DUE TO MISUSE, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, STORAGE OF ILL FITTING SIDE ARM,OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY KIND. USER ASSUMES ALL RISK/RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF ANY FREEDOM FRAMES LLC PRODUCT.

By using any part of FreedomFrames.com or making any purchase from Freedom Frames LLC either online or through any other means you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
